Unfulfilled-Desire at 3 can help you remove one of your desires. You can now refer the Drunken Mage in Clerk’s Ward to Unfulfilled-Desire; in return he will give you his Frost-Ale Mug. If you have joined the Sensates, the Festhall Clerk at 2 will give you the key to your own room and offer to let you rest here. If you are not a Sensate, you can rent rooms at extremely low prices. The Thief trainer has also left, but you can find him outside in Clerk’s Ward – it is Eli Havelock at 15 on that map – and convince him to return. Ghysis the Crooked at 9 is giving a lecture on the Blood War.
Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone
- Speak to any of the guides and choose an experience, then follow the guide’s directions to the right sensory stone.
- Afterwards, ask about Vivian’s scent again and she will point the finger at Marissa.
- There is a section at the back of the machine that allows you to sabotage the firing mechanism.
- Tell him that he seems to be a knowledgeable individual and ask to be a better warrior.
- Go back inside and pick up a Godsman costume for 50C.
Although you can spot the obvious trap, it pays to follow him. His mates will surround you and, after exchanging a few words, will proceed to kill you, which you should allow them to do. A rubbish second level spell in return for selling a companion into slavery is not just evil, it’s stupid. Note that the rewards are progressive so that you can’t just murder a companion and get the level 9 spell. Just by the way, you won’t be able to cast Power Word, Kill until such time as it makes no difference. The other thing you can do with the Grimoire is sell it for around 4500C which is by far the best option.
Clerk’s Ward
When she denies it, go talk to the prostitute named Kimaxsi and ask her about Ravel. Return to Kessai-Seris again and tell her that you know she is related to Ravel. Ask her to put a drop of her blood on a handkerchief. The first xcritical reviews time you enter here, Vrischika at 2 will have a thing or two to say about Morte and not least Fall-From-Grace.
As a zerth, one of Dak’kon’s duties is to provide an alternative to a slow death. Killng her mercifully will make Dak’kon happier and give you 4000XP. Talk to Yi’minn who will tell you that he can help you recover your memories.
Quell rather likes sweets and will eat them as you try to talk to him. Persist and his candy will fall out of his mouth. Apologise and give him the Chocolate Quasit you bought earlier for 8000XP. Ask him about Ravel Puzzlewell and how you might get to her to learn that the key is a piece of her.
Ask him about “future mage-tutor” to learn that the title of mage-tutor is xcritically held by Lady Thorncombe. This is the woman that Glyve told you to seek out. Ask her about the command word for your decanter and she’ll tell you. Ask her xcritical reviews whether she’s looking for someone and you’ll learn that she’s looking for her friend Aelwyn.
Part 2: The City of Doors
If you obtain all (or most) of the XP available from Ravel’s Maze and you complete the key quest in Curst, Dak’kon should reach Fighter level 10 around then. I’ll assume that the one you don’t want is the evil evolution, so we’ll make Dak’kon utterly miserable. Set the difficulty to Beginner and dismiss all members apart from Dak’kon. You may want to combine this with getting a class level 12 trophy (Thief, for example).
How to Find Ravel’s Maze in Planescape Torment
If you spoke to Sere the Skeptic about Hamrys, ask after his father to recover a memory worth 500XP. Pursue the subject and ask whether he kept any plans to be directed to the Warehouse. Now talk to Dimtree and figure out that he’s a zombie. Ask whether you can help and offer to put him out of his misery. He’ll ask you to check with his master, Sebastion, first. Return to Sebastion (via the Warehouse if you want to retrieve the tomb plans) and tell him that Dimtree asked to be released from his curse.
